We meet with you to discuss what you want your website, branding or marketing to do for you. Why you need to re-fresh and any 'sacred cows' we need to adhere to.

We then go away and brain storm your solution and any other cool ideas we can think of. If it is branding we develop three concepts based on the brief. If it is a website we create a 'site tree' which is a schematic of the pages on the website where the pages sit on the website and how they inter-link.   It must be said at this stage that ‘we do not design for ourselves, we design for the user’. We are not interested in winning awards for what we do, we are more interested in winning a referral for a job well done.   If you require a photoshoot we create a list of items you need photographed and book in a time to attend the school.

If it is branding we present our designs and reasons why and leave them with you for any consultation to may need to undertake. Three revisions of the brand are included in the quote, though we are pretty confident that we would have hit the mark, it is very often the case that aspects of a design are merged to create the final branding. The 'site map' is also presented, it is at this stage that changes to the 'site map' should be made though this is not essential.

After the 'site map' has been approved we then start the design process for the website. At this stage the website is developed on our servers as a fully working website. Photography and branding are applied to the website and when we are ready, we send you a link to view the website as if it was live. At this stage we do require you to do some work, while we are designing and developing the website we will require you to supply us with text content for every page on the website, so while you are writing, we are building!

When we are all happy that the website is working the way it should be, with all content correct we will work with you or for you to turn your website live. We will manage the domain name transfer and dealing with any technical organisations on your behalf, all we need form you is the login details to any domain name account we need. We are accustomed to dealing with the Department of Education and where they register domain names so can manage that aspect swiftly.

Now this is the important bit. We are not a company that wants to keep control of your website, we want you to engage in the new, fantastic tool we have created for you. So, we will conduct a day training for the relevant staff that will be updating the website on a regular basis. This training session will allow them to update regular parts of the website easily and quickly. It isn’t hard! Any major coding updates or structural changes will have to be done by one of our developers but the day to day running of the website can be done by internal staff.
